About us

LEGITSOFT s. r. o. was founded in 2016 by Jaroslav Ščepán, a graduate in computer science from Comenius University in Bratislava. He has been developing software professionally since 2001.

He gained his experience on long-term projects for Siemens (the syngo healthcare system), in industrial automation at SIPRIN (integrating third-party systems into SCADA and an Industry 4.0 research project within Siemens Future of Automation), at the credit bureau CRIF – Slovak Credit Bureau, at the fintech company Teya and as a senior consultant for CNS Soft. That is why he understands environments where a mistake costs money or trust: finance, healthcare and industrial manufacturing.

LEGITSOFT is a small company without the overhead of a large agency. Clients deal directly with the person who designs and writes their software. We deliver readable, tested and documented code that another team can take over.

How we work

1. Analysis – we clarify the brief, risks and scope; the output is an estimate and a plan.
2. Iterative development – we deliver in short cycles and show results as we go.
3. Handover and support – documentation, deployment, agreed maintenance.
